WHAT DOES TEB DO?
TEB provides employment for people with disabilities and offers daytime services and activities such as Occupational Centers and sports programs. We also participate in neighborhood initiatives and give talks to raise awareness about the challenges faced by people with disabilities, so that everyone can better understand them.
Thanks to the efforts of all our workers, TEB now has 5 centers in Barcelona and 1 center in Castellar del Vallès, with more than one thousand people working across the organization.

The mission of the TEB Cooperative Group is to achieve an inclusive life for people with functional diversity, especially those with intellectual disabilities.
We are the social-purpose company in Catalonia with the highest percentage of people facing significant challenges.
THE COOPERATIVES
We are 8 cooperatives grouped under a second-tier cooperative. We operate 5 special employment centers, occupational centers, two foundations, supported living facilities, residential homes, sports clubs, and an association that brings together and supports families, among other services.

THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITY
The ongoing search for jobs that match the abilities of our community has led the TEB Cooperative Group to create a cooperative focused on the environmental sector.
Caring for nature boosts the self-esteem of many people with intellectual disabilities and allows them to grow both personally and professionally.
TEB Verd began with gardening, cleaning, and maintenance of natural spaces, as well as organic agriculture through the cultivation of high-quality mushrooms.
