La Granja de Bolet Ben Fet is a special work centre of the cooperative Teb Verd SCCL. We are part of the TEB Cooperative Group (Barcelona School Workshop) specialized in the social and labour insertion of people with intellectual disabilities. Currently, the TEB attends to and employs about a thousand people.

At the Bolet Ben Fet farm, in Sant Antoni de Vilamajor (Barcelona), in the foothills of Montseny, we work with ten colleagues who are dedicated to the organic production of mushrooms.
The way of working is fully inclusive, offering a full viability between work well done and the people who are part of the cooperative.

BOLET BEN FET IN THE KITCHEN

They can be cooked:

  • Charcoal-grilled or grilled
  • Sautéed in warm salads
  • Sautéed with vegetables to accompany the pasta
  • Sautéed to make scrambled eggs
  • To make sauces
  • In rice and rissotos.
  • In traditional stews
  • On grilled or grilled skewers, combining different mushrooms
  • Battered or in tempura
  • To fill lasagna and cannelloni
  • In salted breads or pizzas

  • Laminates or whole to the plate
  • Baked, whole with oil and salt
  • To make croquettes
